How to change your ATiM user preferences
The Customization Option
If you have access to customize your ATiM preferences, you should be able to click the Customize icon (looks like a key and asterisks) in the top-right hand corner of every page. Clicking on this icon will take you the Customize area of the ATiM application. You may also access the Customize area from the Tools sub-menu. If you do not have access to customize your ATiM preferences, these icons and links will be greyed out for you.
Once in the Customize area of the ATiM application, hover over the navigation pulldown to go to the My Preferences screen if you are not sent there by default.
Changing Your User Preferences
You should be able to review your existing ATiM preferences on the My Preferences screen. If you need a full description as to what each preference does, hover over the corresponding help icon (the blue circle with the question marks) on the right-side of the screen. Review the current information, and if you need to change any of it, click the Edit button at the bottom right of the Action Bar
Fill in the edit form, noting that required fields are clearly marked. You should be able to change any of your preferences. When you have made your edits, click the Submit button on the bottm left directly underneath the form. Your preferences should update immediately, though you may have to log out and back in to see changes.
