--Fmlheureux 09:59, 20 April 2010 (CDT): I like the idea of changing the style of the header. I am not sure if we should remove the separator line. I guess we could as it was added to make the form more clear but now the new header style does it. As for the description, I like the idea, but I don't think we need it all the time. Just on the example, participant identifiers is self explanatory.
